He has also written more than 100 books, many of which have been translated into over 40 languages, including “The Heart of the Buddha’s Teaching” and “The Art of Power.”

One of the key teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh is the idea of interbeing, which he describes as the interconnectedness of all things. He encourages people to practice mindfulness and to cultivate a deep understanding of the impermanence of all things, including themselves.

In recent years, Thich Nhat Hanh has suffered a series of strokes and is no longer able to travel and teach as he once did. However, his teachings and influence continue to inspire people around the world. His commitment to peace and understanding has made him a beloved and revered figure, and his teachings continue to offer a way for people to find meaning, peace, and happiness in their lives.
